Engineering IT Application Coordinator (Operational Focus)

Responsibilities
In this role, you act as a key interface between IT and Engineering teams, with a strong operational involvement in the day-to-day management of engineering applications and tools.
You contribute to the execution, support, and coordination of IT activities within the Engineering scope, working closely with technical teams and end users.
Key responsibilities:
* Act as the operational interface between Engineering stakeholders and IT teams
* Support the management and day-to-day operation of the Engineering IT application landscape (PLM, ALM, engineering tools)
* Contribute to IT projects, from requirements gathering through to implementation and rollout
* Provide hands-on support in issue resolution, monitoring of incidents, SLA and KPI tracking
* Ensure proper application performance and continuity in collaboration with IT teams
* Support compliance with internal IT standards, security rules, and governance frameworks
* Participate in roadmap preparation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Work closely with internal users to ensure effective adoption of tools and processes
Profile
* You hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field
* You have approximately 3 years of experience in IT application support, coordination, or project-related roles
* You have exposure to engineering or industrial environments and technical application landscapes
* You are comfortable in a hands-on, operational role, close to end users and technical teams
* You demonstrate good communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
* You are structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
