The Opportunity
An established, highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing site is looking for a Departmental Compliance Lead to champion quality, compliance, and inspection readiness across a critical function. This role combines strategic oversight with practical execution, working closely with operational leaders and quality partners to ensure compliant, efficient, and inspection‑ready processes.
What You’ll Do
* Act as the department’s compliance focal point, providing guidance, oversight, and challenge
* Ensure key processes, systems, and metrics meet internal quality standards and regulatory expectations
* Drive a strong culture of inspection readiness, acting as departmental representative during audits and walkthroughs
* Coordinate risk management activities, including identification, escalation, and mitigation of compliance risks
* Oversee timely completion of CAPAs, commitments, and remediation actions
* Partner closely with QA and site leadership to align priorities and share best practices
What We’re Looking For
* Solid experience in quality, compliance, or regulatory roles within a GxP environment
* Good understanding of inspection readiness and quality systems
* Confident working cross‑functionally and influencing stakeholders at different levels
* Organised, pragmatic, and improvement‑driven
Languages
* Dutch: nice to have, not essential
* English: required
