What the job looks like:
* Collaborate with the business partner organization and other IT stakeholders to understand, validate, and document the business requirements and processes of Grünenthal's functions and regions.
* Analyze and document the current business processes and requirements, identifying any gaps or inefficiencies that need to be addressed by the IT products.
* Design and propose new or improved business processes and solutions that align with the strategic objectives and user needs.
* Communicate and collaborate with the stakeholders and users, ensuring that their feedback and input are incorporated into the IT products.
* Review, coordinate, and execute the functional testing and testing of IT solutions, ensuring that they meet the acceptance criteria and quality standards.
* Provide feedback and guidance to the IT development and delivery teams, facilitating the agile development process and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Act as project manager/lead and ensure excellence in project setup and execution.
* Support the BP in workshops to design & model processes according to BPMN standard.
* Provide functional support and training to BPE and IT colleagues on IT systems and processes.
* Manage and resolve functional issues and incidents of IT systems and processes.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of IT solutions and processes.
What you'll bring to the table:
* Master's degree in (business) computer science, engineering, Life Science, or comparable.
* IT professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in complex, international IT enterprise organizations.
* Proven experience in project management of large, complex global projects/programs, as well as in process management and improvement.
* Proven track record of delivering IT solutions that meet the business needs and expectations.
* Experience in working with various IT technologies, tools, and methodologies.
* Certification in agile frameworks, such as Scrum or SAFe, is a plus.
