Responsibilities
:
1. Lead complex construction, integration, and infrastructure deployment projects, with a strong focus on ELV systems, structured cabling, and technical fit‑out.
2. Manage the full project lifecycle, from site planning, vendor coordination, and installation oversight, through to testing, commissioning, and handover.
3. Drive alignment across general contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders through regular progress reporting, risk tracking, and issue escalation.
4. Develop and deliver standardised training for internal teams and vendors on installation processes, ELV system configuration, cable standards, safety requirements, and downstream commissioning impacts.
5. Oversee the deployment and integration of specialised infrastructure hardware, ensuring all cabling routes, containment, grounding, and ELV interfaces meet design and compliance standards.
6. Facilitate on‑site workshops, coordination meetings, and technical working sessions to define, document, and optimise construction workflows and installation methodologies.
7. Support on‑site execution during critical build phases, ensuring work is completed safely, to specification, and within schedule—while maintaining quality control and clear documentation.
8. Create and maintain project documentation, including method statements, installation storyboards, red‑line drawings, commissioning plans, and milestone trackers.
9. Partner closely with engineering, operations, construction management, supply chain, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery across all project phases.

10. Hold a degree or have comparable experience in project management, construction engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
11. Bring hands‑on experience managing ELV systems, structured cabling projects, technical installations, or large‑scale integration works.
12. Understand how infrastructure systems interconnect—covering cables, containment, racks, panels, power, and monitoring/controls.
13. Have experience working in mission‑critical environments (e.g., data centers, industrial facilities, or large‑scale commercial builds).
14. Excel in a dynamic environment where you manage your own priorities, deadlines, and on‑site activities.
