We are looking for an HR Transformation Change and Adoption Lead who is collaborative, human-centred, and insight-driven to join us in our Talent Transformation team (HR), based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will play a key role in bringing our Global HR transformation to life by enabling adoption, integration, and sustainable behaviour change. The transformation includes shaping a future-ready HR Operating Model through new ways of working, intelligent automation, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities to enhance employee and manager experience. Working across multiple HR initiatives, you will help ensure that new frameworks, processes, and tools are understood, embraced, and embedded in everyday practice. Your focus will be on people experience, readiness, and real business impact, balancing strategic change leadership with hands-on, embedded support.
Who you’ll work with
You will work in a global, cross-functional HR team, collaborating closely with HR Partners, leaders, digital, data, and automation teams, learning colleagues, and business stakeholders. Together, you will connect strategy with day-to-day reality, ensuring employees and managers experience clarity, confidence, and purpose throughout the transformation journey.
What you’ll do
• Shape and coordinate an integrated change and adoption strategy across multiple HR initiatives, including operating model evolution and AI-enabled solutions
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to build engagement, sponsorship, and shared ownership
• Assess readiness, adoption, and impact across roles, functions, and geographies in an evolving, technology-enabled HR landscape
• Translate human and organisational insights into practical adjustments to timing, communication, enablement, and support for new ways of working
• Create clear, empathetic communications, toolkits, and manager guidance
• Strengthen manager and HR Partner capability to lead teams through change
Interested?
For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
• Master’s degree in human resources, organisational psychology, business, or a related field
• Strong experience leading change and adoption within complex, global transformations
• Proven ability to influence and partner across diverse stakeholder groups
• Deep understanding of human behaviour, organisational dynamics, and employee experience
• Confidence translating insight and data into practical, people-focused solutions
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy
