You ensure the solid base and the fundamental revenues of the company, by upselling and renewing contracts of our existing customers. Moreover, you will act as the key interface to all the different departments at Odoo: give feedback to Product Owners, collaborate with Business Analyst implementing the software, ... Your primary goal is to achieve sales target by driving up customer retention and expansion. Analyze and understand your customers' IT projects in depth: you'll be their Odoo sales expert! Negotiate contract renewals: from monthly to multi-year subscriptions. You will start your Odoo journey with two weeks of intensive functional training to become an expert on the product.
