What you'll do:
1. Be the trusted contact person for Japanese clients via phone and email
2. Welcome visiting clients and ensure they feel comfortable, and well taken care of
3. Support customer with questions and administration
4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
5. Gradually take on more responsibility as you grow into the role and sector
