What will you do?
* Provide reception services as needed (visitors, calls, deliveries).
* Coordinate service providers for the premises (cleaning, security, maintenance) and supervise their work.
* Manage purchases and stocks of small supplies.
* Manage urgent errands (document deposits/withdrawals).
* Make occasional trips to transport employees to external meetings.
This offer is for you if:
* Have initial professional experience in a similar multi-skilled position (driver's license required).
* Be punctual, discreet, and service-oriented.
* Have good interpersonal skills.
* Be able to work independently while following instructions and procedures.
* Ideally, be fluent in French and English.
* Have a good working knowledge of basic office tools (email, Word, etc.).
* Have basic knowledge in excel.
