We’re hiring a Commercial Excellence Consultant to help large sales teams fundamentally change how they operate - moving from admin-heavy selling to insight-driven, AI-powered execution.
This is not a typical consulting role.
You won’t just advise.
You’ll own the transformation.
What you’ll do
* Lead AI-driven sales transformation projects
* Turn strategy into daily sales execution
* Drive real adoption (not just usage)
* Work directly with senior stakeholders
* Solve complex, real-world sales challenges
Who you are
* 3–5 years in consulting / commercial excellence / sales strategy
* Strong understanding of modern B2B sales
* Ready to move from slides → real impact
* Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
* Dutch & English
