The duties of the Head of Manufacturing will include:Lead manufacturing operations (roll cage production, paintshop and assembly).In charge of expansion into similar services and adding additional services in line with strategy.Develop and execute production strategies aligned with business goals.Own and manage manufacturing budgets and full P&L responsibility.Drive continuous improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles.Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure product quality and timely delivery.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team.Report directly to the CEO on performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and operational challenges.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.The Head of Manufacturing should have the following desired skillset:Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing and operations leadership, within motorsport or automotive sectors.Experience in business development and client management.Proven track record in managing complex production environments and budgets.Strong understanding of motorsport technologies and vehicle manufacturing processes.Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.Fluent in English and French, additional languages are a plus.Customer orientated.Promote are values (People, Passion, Performance) and commit to personal investment into the WRT ESG strategyLocation: WRT Headquarters, Bierset, Belgium
