We are looking for an experienced SAP Group Reporting Consultant with a strong background in financial consolidation and hands-on experience designing, configuring, and supporting solutions within SAP Group Reporting.
This role sits within international finance transformation projects, helping modernize legal and management reporting processes while ensuring efficient, traceable, and compliant consolidation models. You would work closely with teams across Finance, Controlling, Technology, and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Key responsibilities
* Gather and analyze financial consolidation requirements and translate them into functional designs within SAP Group Reporting
* Configure entities, dimensions, consolidation rules, reporting structures, and closing processes
* Define and support data load, validation, and reconciliation processes
* Work closely with FI/CO and Data teams to ensure smooth integration between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Group Reporting
* Design and execute functional testing, integration testing, and multi-entity consolidation scenarios
* Prepare clear documentation for configurations, business rules, and user procedures
* Support go-live, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across closing and reporting processes
* Contribute to best practices and delivery standards across finance transformation projects
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in financial consolidation
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting
* Strong understanding of consolidated accounting processes including intercompany eliminations, ownership, adjustments, and group reporting logic
* Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders
* Experience translating accounting and reporting needs into SAP GR structures and rules
* Exposure to financial close and reporting cycles
* Professional level of English
Nice to have
* Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
* Previous exposure to SAP BPC
* Good understanding of FI/CO, Universal Journal, and S/4HANA Finance
* Experience in SAP finance transformation or implementation projects
* Relevant SAP or finance-related certifications
