Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you will lead endtoend analysis and change initiatives that improve processes, systems, and organizations. You will collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to translate business goals into tangible outcomes—combining process thinking, data insights, and change adoption
What you will do
* Discovery & analysis
* Run stakeholder interviews and workshops; model processes (e.g., BPMN); perform data analysis; frame value hypotheses.
* Requirements & design
* Define epics/features/user stories, functional & nonfunctional requirements, target process and experience flows.
* Business case & metrics
* Quantify benefits; define OKRs/KPIs; monitor delivery and outcomes.
* Delivery support
* Work with project/product teams (Agile or hybrid); contribute to test plans, UAT, and cutover readiness.
* Change & enablement
* Support training, communication, and stakeholder readiness to ensure adoption and sustained value.
* Tooling
* Exposure to Jira/Confluence, Miro/Visio, Power BI, and solid Excel (SQL basics are a plus).
Your Profile
* Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or Information Systems.
* 2–6 years of experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Process Analyst, or Consultant.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with process modeling, requirements engineering, and datadriven decisionmaking.
* Nicetohaves: Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, etc
* Fluent in Dutch and/or French; professional level of English.
