Then this could be your next career move About the Role AsInternational Sales Manager, you'll drive commercial growth across key markets (UK, Germany, US, France, Benelux) and work closely with thefounder and CEOon sales strategy. You'll mainly represent theBelgian production site, while collaborating with the German plant when their expertise adds value. What You'll Do Build and grow international client relationships Identify new business opportunities Represent the company at trade fairs and events Advise on pricing, margins, and strategy Coordinate client needs with production capacity Report on KPIs, market trends and forecasts What You Bring Fluent inEnglish & good knowledge of German(Dutch/French = plus) At least 3–4 years of international B2B sales experience Affinity withnutrition, health or food innovation Strong communicator, commercial mindset Willing totravel regularly across Europe Why Join Us?
