Job Title: MULTIPLE Senior SailPoint Test Analysts
Location: Brussels OR Amsterdam OR London OR Paris (8 Days Per Month On-Site - The Rest Remote)
Start Date: October 2025 or November 2025
Role Overview
As a Senior SailPoint Test Analyst, you will be responsible for testing large-scale Identity & Access Management solutions to ensure system quality, performance, and compliance. You will work within an Agile delivery team to design and execute comprehensive test strategies, automate testing processes where possible, and collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver secure and reliable IAM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and execute detailed test scenarios and scripts for SailPoint IAM solutions.
* Conduct system, integration, functional, and non-functional testing in line with project requirements.
* Manage test environments and test data, ensuring reliability and consistency across releases.
* Identify and document defects, track resolution, and contribute to root cause analysis.
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production readiness activities.
* Collaborate with Agile teams to plan sprints, report test progress, and improve delivery processes.
* Assess opportunities for test automation and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Experience Required
* Proven experience testing SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM platforms.
* Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Logical Access Management concepts.
* Hands-on experience with test design, execution, and defect management in Agile environments.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) and automation tools.
* Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or reporting tools (advantageous).
* Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
* ISTQB certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
