Key responsibilities Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications Drive Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure continuous delivery of product increments Prioritize backlog items based on business value, feasibility, and impact Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring timely delivery of milestones Conduct business analysis to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals Identify potential blockers and propose solutions to mitigate risks Oversee testing, user acceptance, and implementation of new features or products Provide training and documentation to ensure successful adoption by end-users Foster collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, including UX/UI designers, software engineers, and business analysts Report regularly to senior management on project progress, risks, and outcomes Key requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Product Ownership, or a related field Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent project management tools Excellent ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Experience in stakeholder management and change management Strong verbal and written communication skills in English French or Dutch Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus
