Nexeo is looking for a Junior Risk Process Quality Officer
Mission Context
The consultant will support the Risk Management team in evaluating governance, risk management, and internal control processes. The role offers exposure to multiple aspects of the business and interaction with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate governance, risk management, and internal control processes and prepare reports for management
• Contribute to the preparation of reports helping management assess the overall risk level
• Support the analysis and monitoring of risks across business lines (operational and quantitative risks)
• Participate in various risk-related projects involving both qualitative and quantitative aspects
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve risk processes and controls
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Management, Applied Economics, Insurance, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 0–2 years of experience in risk management, internal control, or operational risk (insurance or finance sector)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and interpret data
• Excellent writing, reporting, and presentation skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
Technical Skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of Power BI, SAS, or VBA is a plus
Languages
• English: Good to fluent
• French or Dutch: Fluent (the other language is a plus)
