I am Beatrice, the HR Director France and Spain. I am looking to hire our HR Manager to build and develop our HR organisation and to participate in our tomorrow's growth, in Spain.
Your missions: Build an HR department in an international company and in a growing context with the support of the HR Director and the French HR team.
* Be the leader, the manager and collaborate with Carlota, our Training and Development leader.
* Be the HRBP close to the business and a team of 70 employees.
* Be responsible for managing hands-on the payroll with an external provider.
* Be responsible for Administration process: implement and optimize HR processes, HR policies, procedures, legal requirements and negotiate collective agreements.
* Lead and oversee the major HR projects: implementation of a time management software, an HRIS, with the support of the French and the European team.
* Lead & support change management, promote communication in a transition context.
* Lead HR Project management: Plan, organize, and execute HR-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within the budget.
YOU have a real expertise in payroll and legal topics management (3-5years), you have a first but significant experience in leading a team, managing projects (2-3 years)

You:
You already have 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position, particularly in payroll, legal and management.
You are comfortable using HR tools an. Your English is professional and your French an asset!
