About the Role
As a Content & Product Testing Executive, your focus will be on ensuring users — from care staff to technical teams — can easily and effectively use smart lighting and applications. Your time will be divided equally between hands-on product testing and content creation. You’ll help lay the foundation for a full e-learning program, turning complex functionality into simple, practical learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Testing (50%): Actively test hardware and applications to identify issues, validate features, and support content development.
* Content Development (50%): Create clear manuals, training materials, and help resources based on real product use.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to translate feedback and questions into valuable documentation.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency and clarity across all written content.
Your Profile
* Curious and eager to learn; enthusiastic about new tech.
* Strong communicator, both written and spoken.
* Enjoys product testing and translating findings into clear content.
* Interest in training and learning solutions.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); native in Dutch or English.
* At least 2 years of experience in content creation, documentation, or training.
* Tech-savvy with a hands-on attitude (no deep technical background required).
* Analytical and pragmatic, with attention to detail.
* Bachelor-level thinking and collaborative mindset.
