Job description:
* Recognizing the profound impact that artificial intelligence will have on the world of work, client is exploring AI projects at various levels, including office assistance for employees, chatbots using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), as well as more transformational automation initiatives.
* To navigate this evolving environment, Company aims to establish a Center of Excellence for Generative AI and is currently looking for its next member to participate in the development of various POCs, pilots, and projects.
* In this context, Client is looking for a Generative AI Solutions Engineer with both AI and Data expertise.
* This position requires strong technical expertise and significant experience in large-scale projects in Generative AI and Data. The ideal candidate must adopt a proactive approach to continuous learning and innovation in the field.
Main tasks:
* The selected candidate will have to, within the team, design, deploy, optimize and monitor generative AI solutions:
* Design and development of RAG Chatbots: collaborate with the AI solution architect to design and develop chatbots that use external data sources (documents, FAQs, APIs) to provide precise and contextualized answers, using techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
* Creation of intelligent agents: develop agents capable of performing complex tasks such as searching, editing and updating information in databases such as Fabric, PostGres, CosmosDB, SQL and interacting with other applications via APIs.
* Data pipeline management:
* Build, optimize and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines
* Manage data flows, their transformation and their integration into AI workflows
* Create monitoring dashboards to analyze performance and optimize costs
* Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of deployed solutions
* Develop robust CI/CD pipelines for AI deployments
* Deployment and monitoring of AI models: quickly deploy AI solutions on Azure, monitor performance using predefined KPIs, and optimize models based on the results.
* Participation in the generative AI strategy: contribute as a technical expert to the development of a generative AI strategy, as well as to the establishment of governance and a dedicated competence center.
Specific Skills:
* ETL/ELT Pipeline Development and Maintenance
* Data Exploration and Management Using Azure Tools Experience Required: 3 to 5 years-Must have Tools Involved: Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Fabric, CosmosDB, Postgres, SQL
* Implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Solutions and Agents Requirement: Must have Data Types: Structured (databases, APIs) and unstructured (documents, images)
* Proficiency in Azure AI Services Experience Required: 3 to 5 years Level: Medior Requirement: Must have Tools Involved: Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Search
* Python Development with LangChain and PySpark Monitoring Tools for Performance, Cost, and Generative AI Optimization
