This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role, working closely with the CEO and Board, and to help shape the organizational backbone of a company at a pivotal growth moment. You'll operate at the intersection of people, operations and finance, combining strategic thinking with hands‐on execution.

Our client is a Belgian‐American high‐tech scale‐up building advanced AI‐driven systems at the intersection of software, hardware and real‐world applications. After a recent significant funding round, the company is entering an intense scaling phase, expanding its engineering team internationally and preparing for continued growth and future fundraising rounds.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO
* Coordinate budgeting, cashflow, runway tracking and financial governance
* Prepare board materials, investor reporting and follow‐up actions
* Drive organizational scaling, processes and governance
* Build people, talent and compensation frameworks suited for international growth
* Oversee day‐to‐day operational execution across teams
* Prepare the organization for the future introduction of a CFO function
