&##128640; We’re Hiring: IT Onboarding Manager A leading IT consulting and digital transformation organization is looking for an IT Onboarding Manager to drive the successful adoption of digital solutions across diverse stakeholder groups. This role focuses on ensuring stakeholders understand, adopt, and gain value from new IT systems and digital services. &##127757; What You’ll Do &##128313; Lead stakeholder engagement and customer relationship initiatives &##128313; Develop onboarding frameworks and stakeholder mapping strategies &##128313; Build and monitor adoption dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics &##128313; Guide stakeholders through the full onboarding journey—from awareness to adoption &##128313; Identify stakeholder needs and resolve issues quickly to maintain satisfaction &##128313; Design communication strategies that increase engagement and adoption &##128313; Support IT and digital transformation initiatives across projects &##128313; Deliver insights and adoption reports to leadership and governance bodies &##127919; What We’re Looking For ✅ Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field ✅ Strong experience in stakeholder management and CRM ✅ Experience building adoption dashboards and reporting metrics ✅ Knowledge of IT ecosystems and digital transformation initiatives ✅ Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools ✅ Familiarity with XML-based web services and integrated systems ✅ Fluency in English (French and Spanish are a plus)&##128161; If you enjoy bridging the gap between technology and stakeholders while driving the adoption of innovative digital solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
