Experience in the bTelecom domain /b is highly desirable. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead end-to-end delivery of bdata migration and cloud transformation programs /b on Azure. /li liManage bprogram planning, execution, tracking, and delivery /b across multiple workstreams. /li liEnsure adherence to bscope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives /b. /li liDrive bmigration strategy /b (re-platforming, re-hosting, modernization) for enterprise data applications. /li liDefine and enforce bdelivery governance, milestones, and reporting structures /b (SteerCo, executive reporting). /li liManage dependencies across bdata engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and business teams /b. /li liProactively identify and mitigate bdelivery risks, issues, and blockers /b. /li liCoordinate with architects to ensure bsolution alignment with Azure best practices /b. /li liOversee bUAT, cutover planning, and production rollout activities /b. /li liEstablish robust bcommunication channels with stakeholders and leadership /b. /li liDrive continuous improvements in bdelivery processes, productivity, and quality /b. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 h3Delivery Program Management /h3 ul li12–18 years of IT experience with 8+ years in delivery/program management /li liStrong experience managing blarge-scale data migration or transformation programs /b /li liProven track record in bAgile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models /b /li liExpertise in bstakeholder management and executive communication /b /li liStrong understanding of bAzure cloud ecosystem /b, including: /li liExperience with bcloud migration frameworks and tools /b /li liKnowledge of bcost optimization and cloud governance /b /li /ul h3Data Migration Expertise /h3 ul liData warehousing and data lakes /li liETL/ELT processes /li liStructured and unstructured data migration /li liExperience in blegacy modernization (e.g., Cloudera, on-prem to cloud) /b /li liFamiliarity with bdata validation, reconciliation, and parallel run strategies /b /li /ul h3Technical Engineering Understanding /h3 ul liStrong understanding of bdata engineering concepts (Spark, SQL, pipelines) /b /li liExperience working with bdistributed data processing frameworks /b /li liKnowledge of bAPI integrations and microservices architectures /b /li /ul h3Telecom Domain (Preferred) /h3 ul liExperience with bTelecom data platforms (BSS/OSS systems, billing, network data) /b /li liUnderstanding of bCDR, customer analytics, and regulatory requirements /b /li liExposure to blarge telecom transformation or migration programs /b /li /ul h3Leadership Governance /h3 ul liStrong leadership skills managing bcross-functional global teams /b /li liExperience driving bSteerCo meetings, executive reporting, and escalations /b /li liAbility to binfluence stakeholders and resolve conflicts /b effectively /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liExcellent communication and presentation skills /li liStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities /li liHigh ownership, accountability, and delivery focus /li liAbility to operate in bfast-paced, complex environments /b /li /ul h3Education Certifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in bEngineering, Computer Science, or related field /b /li liProficiency in Dutch or French is added advantage /li liPMP / Prince2 /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
