Here’s what you’ll be doing: /p ul libSupporting transformation: /b Assist financial institutions in adapting to change, focusing on areas such as Operations in Banking Insurance, Customer Commercial Services, and Finance Transformation. /li libAnalyzing business processes: /b Conduct research, analyze processes, and identify areas for improvement. /li libFacilitating workshops: /b Work with senior team members to support workshops, gather business requirements, and document key insights. /li libCoordinating activities: /b Assist in coordinating and supporting project activities across multiple teams, working closely with project/program managers. /li libContext‑driven initiatives: /b Learn about and contribute to projects in areas like Daily Banking, Lending, Investments, and Life or Non‑Life Insurance. /li liOther projects to improve bbusiness acumen /b of mainly Banking Insurance. /li /ul h3What do you bring to the table? /h3 pThis job is for you if you: /p ul libStrong academic background: /b Hold a master’s degree in business engineering, applied economics or a similar field. MBA is a plus. /li libExperience: /b Have b1 year of experience /b in consulting and/or the financial sector.
