Ph3Role Overview /h3pWe are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Junior AI Engineers or Data Scientists with 1-2 years of experience, or strong recent graduates, to join our team. This role focuses on supporting data preparation, model development, and validation using real manufacturing data such as time series and process data. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to the development of GenAI-based tools. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Python, Machine Learning, and Generative AI (GenAI). Prior industrial experience is a plus but not required. A strong attitude, quick learning ability, and passion for AI technologies are crucial for success in this position. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport data preparation and pre-processing for model development using real manufacturing data (time series, process data). /li liAssist in the development and validation of machine learning models, ensuring robust performance in industrial applications. /li liContribute to the development of GenAI-based tools and solutions. /li liCollaborate with senior team members to ensure the integration of AI solutions into the business context. /li liParticipate in model evaluation and optimization activities to improve accuracy and efficiency. /li liContinuously learn and stay updated on advancements in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies. /li liCommunicate technical findings and results effectively to non-technical stakeholders. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul liA background in Data Science, AI Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. /li li1-2 years of experience in machine learning and AI model development, or strong recent academic projects showcasing relevant skills. /li liSolid foundation in Python programming, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow or PyTorch. /li liExperience with libraries/frameworks such as OpenAI Python SDK, Hugging Face Transformers, LlamaIndex and/or LangChain/LangGraph. Pydantic-based structured output workflows is highly valued. /li liFamiliarity with embeddings, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM application deployment is a strong plus. /li liKnowledge and understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks, including GenAI (Generative AI) concepts. /li liExperience with data preparation and validation, particularly with time series or process data. /li liAbility to quickly learn new AI technologies and tools. /li /ul h3Key Skills /h3 ul liStrong programming skills in Python. /li liSolid understanding of machine learning models and techniques. /li liGood knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) tools and technologies. /li liAbility to work with real-world data (manufacturing, time series, process data). /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. /li liExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly. /li /ul h3Additional Considerations /h3 ul liPrior industrial experience is a plus but not required. /li liDutch language skills are a strong advantage for local client opportunities. /li /ul pAG Solution is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
