As a QA Specialist, you will be member of the QA team within Haleon Benelux Local Operating Company (LOC). You will manage and execute Benelux QA Operational activities such as complaint handling and batch review/release, return management, third party oversight, change/QA issue management. You will provide support to the implementation and maintenance of the local Quality Management System.
Your responsibilities
1. Assisting in the batch release process, ensuring on time release in compliance with regulatory and GxP-requirements.
2. Evaluating product quality complaints. Managing complaint samples. Following up and reviewing, the complaint investigations performed by the manufacturers. Perform complaint trending and reconciliations.
3. Supporting in the maintenance of Quality Agreements with suppliers.
4. Tracking and coordinating repacking activities.
5. Assisting in the management of products returns from the market.
6. Interacting with logistic service providers for subcontracted quality activities.
7. Supporting the QA team with the development and maintenance of procedures and work instructions.
8. Assisting in the GxP-inspection readiness process and providing support during audits and inspections of the Benelux organisation.
9. Supporting the management of Change Controls by assisting in the initiation, follow-up and action plan execution of Change Controls.
10. Supporting / facilitating local deviation investigations (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA determination and execution.
11. Acting as Subject Matter Expert for specific Benelux GxP-processes and systems.
12. Participate in Periodic Product Reviews (PPR).
13. Management of quality documentation (retention, archiving).
14. Monitoring of Trainings
Qualifications and skills
Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
15. Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences or another related science
16. Knowledge in application of Quality Systems & Quality Operations
17. Strong general computer literacy with Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
18. Able to work effectively in English and Dutch and/ or French
Preferred Qualifications :
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
19. Industrial pharmacist, QP certification or illegible for.
20. Analytical mind, good attention to detail and problem-solving skills within a structured process
21. Good team player – works well in cross-functional teams
22. Good time management skills, with ability to multi-task and work under pressure
23. Works with a spirit of continuous improvement and innovation, creatively open to new ideas and methods
24. Ability to self-motivate and be resilient and focused under pressure
