For our Road Logistics division in Belgium, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Leader Dispatching to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our dispatch team. In this role, you ensure that all FTL and LTL shipments are executed smoothly, efficiently, and in full alignment with operational standards. By optimizing planning processes, selecting the right subcontractors, and fostering a high-performing team, you directly strengthen our operational performance and help deliver the high service quality our customers rely on. How you create impact Lead and develop a team of Transport Planners, including target setting, coaching, and performance reviews Ensure balanced workload distribution and assign responsibilities based on individual strengths Act as the first point of contact for escalations and provide expert guidance to your team Supervise daily transport planning and ensure high-quality operational execution Identify trends through defined KPIs and initiate improvement actions Optimize operational and administrative processes and drive continuous improvement projects What we would like you to bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent professional experience Proven experience in logistics, ideally in road freight and transport planning Demonstrated leadership experience in an operational environment Hands-on mentality, strong problem-solving skills, and a flexible mindset High IT affinity with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools Strong communication skills in Dutch, English, and French; any additional language is an asset What's in it for you KuehneNagel offers a wide range of attractive employee benefits designed to support your well-being, development, and long-term career growth.
