Our client is looking for a IT Project Manager to join them on a contract basis.
Please be aware this for this role the successful candidate must have a Belgium residence and Speak English, French and Dutch.
You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee deliveries across the Tribe's various squads in line with the concerned IT Tribe leads
Ensure commitments are met (deadlines, quality, budget) in collaboration with Product Owners, IT Tribe leads and technical teams
Identify and remove impediments blocking project progress
Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Audit team
Communication & Reporting
Produce dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery tracking
Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
Present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings
Required Skills:
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in an Agile environment
Speaks English, French and Dutch
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence)
Proven experience in project management and delivery management
Experience with banking back-end systems and document management solutions
Leadership and ability to unite cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
Service-oriented mindset and customer focus
Rigor and strong organizational skills
