We are looking for two experienced Project Managers to join a multidisciplinary team overseeing the design and execution of large-scale construction projects. You will act as a key figure in Project Management Consultancy (PMC), with a specific focus on technical installations (MEP – Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
🏗️ Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and execution of the project during both the design and construction phases. You will:
* Lead, coach, and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors)
* Ensure strict adherence to schedules, deliverables, and quality standards
* Monitor and control budgets and contractual obligations with full ownership of financial and performance indicators (EVM, CPM, etc.)
* Enforce compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project-specific procedures
* Act as the central communication point for all stakeholders: owners, design teams, and contractors
* Manage and report project progress through dashboards, KPIs, and internal protocols
* Collaborate in BIM coordination, clash detection, and planning updates
* Work autonomously while driving team performance and client satisfaction
🛠️ Your Profile
âś… Education & Experience:
* Master’s degree in Engineering (mandatory)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
* Experience in commissioning is a plus
* VCA certification required
âś… Technical Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing):
* M: HVAC systems
* E: Electrical installations (power, lighting, panels)
* P: Plumbing and sanitation
* Strong understanding of technical building installations and site operations
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
* Familiarity with BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, Stabicad…) is an asset

* Dutch or French is a strong asset
