MEP Project Manager – Contract role
I am currently on the lookout for a MEP Project Manager for a role in Mons, Belgium. I am acting on behalf of a well-established and respected business based out of Ireland who are operating heavily in Data Centre Industry.
This is an opportunity to join a company who has projects commencing throughout the globe with exponential growth in their Data Centre Division.
To be considered for this MEP Project Manager role:
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
2. Professional project management qualifications or a trade qualification.
3. Detailed understanding and experience of electrical and mechanical systems used in a data centre environment, including Transformers, Generators, Fuel Systems, Switchgear, UPS Systems, Battery Banks, ATS/STS Units, PDU Units, Air Handling Units, Chilled Water Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Fire Suppression Systems (pre-action sprinklers).
4. Understanding all the associated safety code related requirements relative to providing the service.
5. Experience in Health & Safety Risk Assessments and Control Measures.
6. Experience in vendor management, ability to manage and monitor progress to ensure objectives are achieved for outsourced support and projects.
7. Experience in Project Management principles & delivering DC project upgrade works.
