What you'll do
* Efficiently and quality‑wise deliver your accountancy dossiers.
* Prepare periodic VAT returns and submit necessary formalities on time.
* Provide interim reporting based on continuously maintained bookkeeping (:live bookkeeping).
* Autonomously prepare annual closures for sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons as well as personal tax returns.
* Regularly consult with clients and senior colleagues and report to ensure continuity and quality of the output.
* Support and mentor junior consultants and interns, sharing knowledge and best practices.
What we expect from you
* Master or professional bachelor with a specialization in accountancy‑fiscality; an additional fiscal qualification is a plus.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an accounting firm, capable of managing dossiers independently.
* Comfortable navigating digital accounting packages.
* Excellent spoken and written Dutch, as clients are mainly Dutch‑speaking.
* A critical mindset that ensures accuracy in your dossiers, a healthy team spirit, initiative, and strong client orientation.
