Your Role
As an SAP Consultant Sales & Distribution (SD), you are responsible for delivering high‑quality services within the SAP Logistics domain. You ensure compliance with service levels, manage delivery activities, and maintain smooth operations across a distributed delivery model, including offshore teams. In this role, you act as a trusted subject matter expert for the client, collaborating closely with both internal teams and the Service Delivery Manager to guarantee superior service performance.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of cross‑domain incidents, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve issues smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor and report on service‑level agreements (SLAs) across all relevant domains.
Maintain, optimize, and oversee dashboards that track performance metrics and service quality indicators.
Act as the primary owner for COSUI-related tasks, improvements, and enhancements.
Support operational leadership activities and contribute with hands‑on guidance within the team.
Provide expertise and coaching to colleagues when needed.
Your Profile
Core Competencies
Strong technical expertise and hands‑on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
Solid understanding of logistics processes and the SAP integration landscape.
Preferred (Bonus) Competencies
Experience with SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
Familiarity with SAP Ariba for procurement workflows and supplier collaboration.
Tools & Technology
Experience using ServiceNow for incident tracking, SLA monitoring, and reporting.
