Your mission is to provide outstanding service, drive sales, and ensure the store runs smoothly, always embodying our brand values. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Customer Experience Understand and work toward daily and monthly sales goals. Apply sales strategies defined by management. Offer warm, personalized, brand-aligned service. Teamwork & Collaboration Actively participate in team sales challenges. Support colleagues and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment. Communicate issues to the Manager and suggest improvements when needed. Store Operations & Organization Follow internal processes to ensure smooth daily operations. Support with stock organization and inventory control. Handle returns, online exchanges, and order follow-ups. Reporting & Maintenance Complete store documents (Excel reports, incident logs, stock tracking, etc.). Help maintain the store’s visual and operational standards. Tu perfil WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
