How you make it count
You help the organisation prepare for a successful transformation by analysing, challenging and improving finance processes:
* Perform AS‑IS analysis and document current finance processes in a clear, structured way.
* Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and process owners to gather requirements and insights.
* Identify pain points and inefficiencies; propose actionable improvements.
* Benchmark against SAP best practices and highlight process gaps.
* Contribute to a prioritised improvement catalogue that feeds the transformation roadmap.
* Prepare process documentation and concise management presentations.
* Collaborate closely with finance teams and transformation stakeholders to enable next‑step readiness.
What do you bring to the table?
* Strong experience with SAP Finance processes (ECC6; S/4 exposure is a plus).
* Proven track record in process analysis and process improvement within transformation programs.
* Excellent analytical, communication and workshop‑facilitation skills.
* Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch.
* Signavio experience (must‑have).
