Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader within complex, xphnsxz international businessesExperience operating in both listed and private equity-backed environments is highly desirableStrong technical finance expertise combined with commercial acumenDemonstrated ability to operate effectively in an interim or fast-paced settingExcellent stakeholder management skills, with credibility at board levelHands-on, pragmatic, and able to drive impact from day one
