o You will lead the commercial department, focusing on strategic development, sales, and new business initiatives. This includes:
o Developing and implementing commercial strategies in line with our overall business goals.
o Leading large public tenders and optimizing successful delivery of small and larger tenders.
o Managing transactional sales activities, such as event shuttle and tourism services, integrating them into local operations.
o Fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results-orientation within your team.
* Required Skills and Qualifications

o A proven track record (at least 15 years) in a senior commercial role, preferably in a B2G environment.
o Strong network within the Belgian mobility sector.
o Proactive, innovative, and clear vision for the future of mobility.
o Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality and results-oriented approach.
o Demonstrable experience in leading, motivating, and coaching sales teams.
o Analytically strong, capable of translating data into commercial insights.
o Fluent in both Dutch and French.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
