As Finance Business Partner, you’ll join the finance team and act as a key sparring partner for leadership. You will review and challenge financial performance, support strategic decision-making and translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive the business forward.
You’ll work closely with another controller and collaborate with leadership across multiple companies within the group. This is a highly visible role where your input will directly influence investment decisions, cost optimisation and financial risk management.
Responsibilities include:
* Acting as a finance business partner to management and operational teams
* Reviewing financial performance and turning data into meaningful business insights
* Building and improving dashboards and management reporting
* Supporting investment decisions, cost-saving initiatives and financial risk analysis
* Answering ad-hoc business questions with strong analytical thinking
* Driving process improvements and helping modernise finance systems
* Supporting recruitment by reviewing shortlisted CVs and providing second-round interview feedback

Requirements
Must-haves
* Experience as a Finance Business Partner, Business Controller or Financial Controller
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong Power BI expertise (essential)
* Fluent Dutch (mandatory)
* Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
Nice to have
* Experience in project-based, engineering, manufacturing or industrial environments
* Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 or Axapta
* Ability to challenge stakeholders and influence decisions
