We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Administrative to join a major banking client and support procurement operations in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
Mission Context
Within the Procurement Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and compliant management of procurement processes .
This position combines administrative precision and operational support, with a strong focus on data quality, follow-up, and stakeholder collaboration.
You will work with core procurement tools such as Ivalua and SAP, interacting closely with buyers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Administrative Management
* Create and maintain supplier data in procurement systems (Ivalua, SAP)
* Verify and ensure accuracy and completeness of supplier information
* Update supplier records (contacts, IBAN, legal data) and manage documentation
Supplier Risk Analysis & Follow-Up
* Process supplier risk assessment requests
* Ensure completeness and accuracy of submitted data
* Follow up with suppliers and stakeholders to collect required information
* Escalate high-risk or blocking cases
Contract Publication & Verification
* Validate contract data before publication
* Compare system data with contractual documents
* Identify discrepancies and follow up on corrections
* Publish contracts and ensure accessibility for stakeholders
Operational Support
* Provide administrative support to buyers and internal stakeholders
* Handle requests and resolve minor issues in procurement tools
Profile
Education
* Minimum secondary education or equivalent by experience
Languages
* Dutch – Good
* French – Good
* English – Fluent
Experience & Skills
Mandatory
* Minimum 6 years of experience in an administrative role
* Strong knowledge of MS Office
* Ability to work with sensitive data and detect inconsistencies
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
Nice to have
* Experience with Ivalua
* Knowledge of SAP
* Background in procurement or supply chain environments
