- Japan manufacturing siteSAP scope: PP, PM, IM/WM, WMS, integrated with MES & planning.The Delivery Lead coordinates Business Solution Experts (BSEs), IT Solution Experts (ISEs), system integrator, and site key-users.3. Responsibilities
- End-to-end leadership of the Manufacturing stream.
- Coordinate OQ/PQ/UAT, cutover, data migration, documentation & training.
- Ensure cross-domain integration (Supply Chain, QA, Finance, Procurement).
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and programme reporting.4. Must Haves
- Strong SAP background, ideally ECC → S/4 migrations.
- Proven delivery/programme management on large SAP initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of PP/PM/WM/IM and MES integration.
- Ability to lead mixed Business–IT–Integrator teams.

- Pharma / GxP experience.
- Experience within complex SAP ecosystems in regulated environments.
