La Balkan Free Media Initiative (BFMI) est une organisation à but non lucratif basée à Bruxelles, qui œuvre pour la liberté des médias et les valeurs démocratiques en Europe du Sud-Est.
Nous recherchons actuellement un comptable indépendant ou un cabinet comptable ayant de l'expérience avec les ASBL en Belgique, pour nous accompagner sur les points suivants :
• Déclaration fiscale annuelle (IPM via Biztax)
• Dépôt des comptes annuels (BNB)
• Assistance trimestrielle pour le reporting interne et la conformité avec les exigences des bailleurs de fonds européens
• Connaissance des subventions de l’UE et des règles fiscales des ASBL indispensable
• Télétravail possible – nous travaillons principalement en anglais (le français est un atout)
• Environ 4 à 6 heures par trimestre, avec flexibilité sur les délais

The Balkan Free Media Initiative (BFMI) is a Brussels-based non-profit organization working to promote media freedom and democratic values in Southeast Europe.
We are currently seeking a freelance accountant or accounting firm with experience working with non-profits (ASBLs) in Belgium to assist us with the following:
* Annual tax declaration (IPM via Biztax)
* Filing of annual accounts (with the National Bank of Belgium)
* Quarterly assistance with internal reporting and compliance with European funder requirements
• Knowledge of EU grants and non-profit tax regulations is essential
• Remote work is possible – we mainly work in English (French is a plus)
• Approx. 4 to 6 hours per quarter, with flexible deadlines
