The Business Analyst is responsible for delivering a high standard of analysis and support to influence the overall business & decisions that will maximize Maasmechelen Village's revenue.
What you will be doing
* Manage all weekly, monthly & quarterly reports.
* Conduct and execute commercial performance and financial analysis on deals and brands.
* Manage the ad hoc requests for information from the Local and Central Leadership teams.
* Support and provide analysis for the budgeting and reforecasting processes.
* Provide support for the Head of Planning and Strategy in: presentations, monthly Business Reviews, Meetings Preparation and Quarterly Data Meetings.
* Conduct and collate internal and externally sources research that contributes to the identification of market, Retail, Brand trends and opportunities to improve the Village's performance.
* Proactively suggest areas of opportunities for business improvement regarding internal processes and procedures.
* Ensure all company systems, database information and Brand records are fully maintained accurate and up to date.
* Prepare business presentations to ensure all parties receive accurate, relevant information and expectations are managed.
* Review documents for accuracy and consistency providing recommendations to the departments.
* Manage the approval process and ensure follow up by well monitored documentation

* Computer literate and exceptionally skilled in: Microsoft Office, Excel, Google analytics/trends.

* Able to extract conclusions from data.
* Good project management and presentation skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organization skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to prioritize your work to meet tight and multiple deadlines.
* Fluent in English (both in writing and speech). Any other language is a plus.
