Who are we looking for?
* Master’s degree in civil or commercial engineering, economics or other science, technology, economics or mathematics related fields
* At least 2 years of professional working experience, with a solid track record in a high performing (consulting) company or start‑up operating mainly in industries such as the manufacturing, FMCG, construction or transportation industry
* The required functional expertise primarily within supply chain, procurement, finance or the broader transformational domain
* Experience within strategic or management consulting is essential
* Fluency in English and preferably Dutch or French
* An entrepreneurial and ‘can‑do’ attitude, with an affinity to use your previous experiences to guide your team through new situations.
* A client‑focused mindset; able to quickly grasp the issues & concerns of our clients and willing to go the extra mile to resolve them.
* Analytical, inquisitive, fast learning & digitally savvy
* Resilience and flexibility in terms of mobility & work schedule
* Eagerness to work together within our team as well as with client teams
