Project Manager – Data Center Projects
The Modular Construction Project Manager operates in a fast-paced and highly technical data center construction environment. Acting as the on-site representative, this role ensures the effective planning, coordination, and supervision of modular installations, including industrial piping, cooling systems, related modules, as well as associated mechanical and process systems. The objective is to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and in line with strict technical and quality standards. Prior experience in data center projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of project schedules, objectives, deliverables, and resource planning (material and manpower)
Coordinate daily activities with the General Contractor and all stakeholders
Ensure clear communication between design teams, subcontractors, logistics, and transport teams
Organize and supervise on-site work to meet deadlines and installation targets
Monitor project costs, control expenses, and ensure adherence to budget
Prepare and maintain regular progress reports for client presentations
Participate in daily and weekly coordination meetings with the client and contractors
Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation measures
Act as the main point of contact at the data center construction site
Profile
Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
Proven experience in data center construction/installation projects (mandatory)
Experience in industrial piping or related technical installation environments
Professional proficiency in English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to adapt quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced site environment
Leadership skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority
Strong team spirit and collaborative approach
