As a Process Engineer, you will join one of our partner's manufacturing and technical operations team, contributing to the optimization and reliability of pharmaceutical production processes. Your role will focus on secondary equipment and sterile manufacturing technologies, including isolators and lyophilizers, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and support process design, optimization, and troubleshooting for secondary manufacturing equipment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, validation, maintenance) to implement process improvements
Analyze process data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for efficiency gains
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and technology transfers within the site.
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
You have at least a minimum of 3 years experience as a Process Engineer in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing
You have a first experience in secondary equipment and sterile manufacturing processes
You are fluent in both English and French.
