Purpose of the Role
The International Supply Chain – Global Planning Specialist – Strategy & Performance is accountable for leading the end-to-end planning governance of international flows across exporting and importing zones, ensuring optimized supply allocation, inventory health & policy governance, service level performance, portfolio health optimization, innovation speed to market (RFS) and long-term business continuity.
This role owns the interzone S&OP processes, providing an integrated 18-month supply and demand outlook across global exporting hubs and importing markets. The position ensures the accuracy of forecast consolidation, production visibility for exporting zones, and inventory optimization at destination markets to maximize service levels, working capital efficiency, and EBITDA performance.
In addition, the role is responsible for portfolio management governance, ensuring the right SKU footprint, assortment optimization, lifecycle management, and launch readiness (RFS) across imported brands and special commercial platforms.
A key part of the role is the planning and governance of KPIs, including the design of KPI frameworks, target setting, scenario-based performance planning, reporting automation, and driving corrective actions through cross-functional PMOs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1) International Supply Planning & S&OP Leadership
1. Lead the end-to-end international flow planning process across exporting and importing zones.
2. Own the monthly production requirement calculations for exporting zones to ensure optimal supply coverage over the next 18 months.
3. Oversee generation and governance of LE templates, ensuring correct portfolio footprint, data structure, master data and forecast assumptions.
4. Consolidate all forecast submissions from importing zones and validate data consistency, key volume changes, and exception risks.
5. Act as the primary planning strategy & performance contact for exporting zones EUR, MAZ, NAZ, APAC and SAZ.
6. Ensure exporting zones receive timely and accurate planning signals to support production scheduling and brewery allocation decisions.
7. Lead the S&OP/MPR routines, ensuring deck readiness, data quality, stakeholder alignment, and action follow-up.
8. Facilitate executive discussions on risks, sourcing projects, opportunities, supply constraints, and allocation priorities.
2) Portfolio Management & Commercial Readiness
9. Own the international imported SKU portfolio governance process, ensuring the right assortment is available by market, channel, and lifecycle stage.
10. Lead portfolio rationalization and optimization initiatives, balancing service, freshness, complexity, profitability and logistics cost.
11. Drive SKU lifecycle planning, including new product launches, commercial platforms, seasonal events, innovation rollouts, and delistings via the RFS process. Lead the process governance, tool improvements and continuously improve performance gaps.
12. Partner with commercial, marketing, and planning teams to ensure portfolio decisions are aligned with demand, supply capability, and profitability targets per global portfolio health optimization methodology.
13. Monitor portfolio health metrics including RFS, SKU productivity, obsolete risk, freshness, and profitability.
14. Lead cross-functional PMOs for special events, innovation launches, and commercial activation programs across international markets.
3) KPI Planning, Governance & Performance Management
15. Own the end-to-end KPI planning framework for international supply chain performance.
16. Define annual, quarterly, and monthly KPI targets aligned with service, cost, inventory, freshness, and portfolio objectives.
17. Build forward-looking KPI scenarios and gap-to-target action plans to support decision-making in S&OP.
18. Lead global KPI consolidation from Planning Managers to ensure one aligned performance view across all zones.
19. Develop mid- and long-term KPI outlooks to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
20. Govern KPI definitions, exclusions, reporting standards, and target methodologies.
21. Lead monthly reporting cadence, including performance dashboards, trend analysis, and action tracking.
22. Drive KPI performance reviews with Planning Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
4) Analytics, Automation & Continuous Improvement
23. Lead automation and digitalization of the monthly planning process through Power BI, master data enhancements, and Microsoft Apps.
24. Improve touchless - reporting reliability, reduce manual effort, and minimize process errors.
25. Identify process bottlenecks and implement new capabilities, tools, and governance mechanisms.

Requirements
43. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
44. Strong experience in S&OP, supply planning, performance management, or international logistics
45. Proven background in portfolio management, KPI governance, PMO leadership, or business performance planning
46. Experience in commercial launches, innovation supply chain, or special event planning
47. Project management and process/system improvement experience strongly preferred
48. Consulting experience is a plus
49. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to build executive-level storytelling decks
50. Experience with Power BI, automation tools, and data visualization
51. Strong stakeholder management in multinational and cross-functional environments
