Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating outbound customer shipments, planning delivery timelines with production release and QA batch releases. This requires strong organizational skills, effective communication with internal & external stakeholders, a high level of accuracy in documentation and compliance. Experience working in GMP manufacturing environments is also highly valued.
Responsibilities:
* Outbound shipment coordination including selecting appropriate transport modes (courier service or air freight) considering temperature requirements.
* Documentation preparation: commercial invoices packing lists transport documents export/import customs declarations licenses if applicable verify shipping information accurately record accurate shipment data create clear tracing records monitor logistics solutions manage carrier relationships book shipments continuously monitoring progress upon delays deviations incidents escalate effectively address challenges deliver problem solution perform tasks promptly meet goals.
