We are ambitious, meritocratic and genuinely fun to work with. As an IT Recruitment Consultant – 360°, you own the full recruitment cycle in the Technology space, with a strong B2B focus. You manage both client relationships and candidate pipelines : from sourcing top tech profiles to closing deals. Develop and manage a client portfolio in the IT/Tech B2B sector across Brussels Run end-to-end recruitment processes: briefing, sourcing, screening, presenting, closing Build and nurture lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers Proactively prospect and open new client accounts Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks and talent strategy Contribute to team targets and Sander's growth in the technology practice Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales in B2B or in recruitment (agency or in-house tech) Proven track record in client development and business generation Bilingual French & English Bachelor's degree minimum Commercially driven, resilient and relationship-oriented Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced agency environment Competitive base salary with uncapped commission plan Company car or mobility budget + fuel card Meal vouchers, net expenses & health insurance End-of-year bonus 1 day/week remote (once autonomous in the role) Personalised training & development path Regular career check-ins with your manager Incentive trips abroad (Barcelona, Marrakech, Miami, Val Thorens...)
