Tasks
Your Responsibilities
* Daily Coordination: manage scheduling and execution of all logistics, warehouse, and transport activities.
* Team Supervision: lead and support warehouse staff, drivers, packers, and art handlers.
* Quality & Safety: ensure high standards of safety and handling across all operations.
* Workflow Optimization: identify process improvements and track operational performance metrics.
* Inventory & Tools: oversee stock levels, packaging materials, and equipment maintenance.
* HR & Team Development
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff performance follow-up.
Your Interfaces
* Internal teams: logistics planners, operations assistants, art technicians
* External partners: customs brokers, transport companies, service suppliers
* Clients: museums, galleries, private collectors, architects, and interior designers
Requirements
Your Profile
* Proven experience (5+ years) in operations, logistics, or project management
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Comfortable in fast-moving environments with high-value assets
* Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a strong asset)
* Knowledge or interest in the art world is a definite plus
