As a Freelance Microsoft 365 Consultant at AmeXio, you will be part of a strong team of experienced consultants. Your primary focus will be to provide technical expertise in designing and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards are met. You will establish clear technical frameworks, evaluate implementation options, and serve as a technical point of contact for client inquiries.
Responsibilities
Understand client needs and align solutions with best practices.
Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to ensure clarity of proposed solutions and project progress.
Design and deliver innovative solutions that add value to the client organization.
Apply standards and best practices to continuously improve project quality.
Design, configure, and document information architecture, including content types, metadata, roles, and permissions.
Actively support the team and clients to identify and resolve challenges.
Proactively identify and manage risks such as scope creep and technical challenges.
Engage with clients in a professional, constructive manner to fully understand and address requirements.
Requirements
At least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Expertise in SharePoint.
Solid knowledge of Azure, Power Platform and other Microsoft 365 technologies.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Customer‑focused with strong analytical skills – able to lead workshops and clearly document outcomes.
A strong team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Experience with development in PowerShell and SPFx.
Experience with intranet solutions such as Powell and/or Purview an advantage.
Experience with development in .NET or FME a plus.
