An opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Coach Non Life Insurance to support and develop insurance offices across Brussels and Wallonia. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives on coaching, performance improvement, and creating impact within a fast-evolving banking environment. The position combines commercial thinking, hands-on training, and close collaboration with regional stakeholders to strengthen sales excellence and customer experience.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Coach Non Life Insurance :

* Translate sales strategies into actionable plans adapted to regional market needs and customer portfolios
* Provide tailored coaching and interactive knowledge sharing to office teams with a proactive commercial mindset
* Monitor office performance and advise regional management on progress, results, and development opportunities
* Deliver practical sales and insurance training sessions focused on Non Life Insurance products, systems, and processes
* Stay informed about market trends, digital developments, and regulatory changes, while guiding teams through transitions and improvements


About you :

* You are results-oriented and able to motivate others to achieve ambitious targets
* You adapt easily to different environments, whether working independently or within cross-functional teams
* You are fluent in both Dutch and French and communicate confidently with offices in both languages
* You are comfortable travelling regularly within the Brussels, and Wallonia regions
* You have at least 5 years of experience in a coaching role within banking and insurance, with strong expertise in Non-Life Insurance
