Job Description
As Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating the office
Follow-up & ordering of office supplies
Contact person for suppliers
Managing in/out mail
Managing badges & access for visitors & employees
General administrative support (phone, documents, emails...) at the reception
The Successful Applicant
You are fluent in French and English or Dutch and English
You can use MS Office fluently
You have at least 1 year experience in hospitality, office support or reception
You are hands-on, dynamic, organised & proactive
You are sociable and have good communication skills
Available to work 3 days a week
